Shipping policy

I am committed to delivering your artwork safely and efficiently.

Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 5–7 business days for your order to be carefully packed and prepared for shipment. I ship orders once each week.

Shipping Costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight.

Delivery Timeframes: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that USPS may experience delays beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions: Original artwork currently ships within the United States only.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages: 

Each original is packed carefully for shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the artwork, the packaging, and the shipping label. Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact me so I can help investigate it with USPS.

Because these are one-of-a-kind originals, damaged or lost artwork cannot be replaced with an identical piece. Any refund or other resolution will be handled individually once the shipping issue has been documented.
