Refund policy
Lost in the Mail or Damaged Artwork Policy
Your satisfaction is important, and I take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely. However, I recognize that issues can arise.
Lost Packages:
If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the shipping date, please contact me. I will work with USPS to investigate. Refunds will only be issued if USPS confirms the package is lost. If USPS indicates the package was delivered, I cannot issue a refund. Please double-check your shipping address and ensure it is secure.
Damaged Artwork:
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Refunds for damaged items will be processed only after I receive:

- Clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging.
- The return of the damaged piece (at the customer’s expense).
- Refunds will be issued once the damaged artwork is received and reviewed.
