Refund policy

Lost in the Mail or Damaged Artwork Policy

Your satisfaction is important, and I take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely. However, I recognize that issues can arise.

Lost Packages:
If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the shipping date, please contact me. I will work with USPS to investigate. Refunds will only be issued if USPS confirms the package is lost. If USPS indicates the package was delivered, I cannot issue a refund. Please double-check your shipping address and ensure it is secure.

Damaged Artwork:
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Refunds for damaged items will be processed only after I receive:

    1. Clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging.
    2. The return of the damaged piece (at the customer’s expense).
    3. Refunds will be issued once the damaged artwork is received and reviewed.
