FAQ

To become a member, you’ll need to join a class on my site. To join a class, you’ll need to visit my market. Use the following steps to become a member. 

  1. Interested in joining my online classroom? Here are my AVAILABLE COURSES.  
  2. Not ready to make a purchase? Add my free online course DANIELLE DONALDSON | INSPIRED to your cart to get started
  3. During the checkout process, you’ll be prompted to register. 
  4. Once you checkout, you’ll receive a welcome email. Just LOG IN with your user name or email and password and you are good to go!

In our experience, we have found that this is usually due to one of the following |

  1. It’s hiding in a spam/junk mail folder. It may have slipped through the ‘legitimate e-mail’ cracks!
  2. You typed in your email address incorrectly. It happens more often than you think. 
  3. You have more than one email account and inadvertently added the wrong email address when you registered. 

There are three ways to download your PDF packet 

SOLUTION | 1)  Once you finalize your purchase, you are automatically redirected to download the file  2)  If you missed the opportunity to auto-download your file, you can always access the links in your purchase confirmation email. Simply click on the green download link in the email  3)  If you can’t find your receipt, you have a third option. You can find your downloads using the following link. You MUST be logged in to view and access your downloads.

At this time all classes have Lifetime access* or as long as this site is open. At this time, videos are NOT downloadable.

*We reserve the right to remove courses. If a course is removed for business or technical reasons, you will be given the opportunity via email to download the course during a specific time frame.

No – we do not give refunds for classes for technical issues that are beyond our control. The class is tested prior to release and is in working order on our end. Not all classes will be a good fit for you – although Danielle has a great track record – whether it be the content, pace, subject, level or techniques or even personality (LOL) – please read the course description prior to purchasing my classes. With that said, we are always open to constructive feedback. (Emphasis on constructive.) If you would like to send feedback, please email Danielle at contact@danielledonaldson.com.

We are firm believers that you should watch the videos, take notes, then review/use the supplies you have prior to purchasing supplies. 

In addition, Danielle is constantly changing supplies with new stuff as she finds products and processes that fit her evolving style.

If you are copying my project or example, SURE. BUT ONLY if you tag or link me to your post. All I ask is that you don’t share the process or specific supplies. These classes are my heart and soul and the bread-winning part of my full-time business. BUT – I would love it if you would tag me so I can love you up!

If you are copying my project or example, NOPE. It’s way too easy for the original artist to get lost in translation. If you have practiced enough to make it yours, then of course you can. Don’t know if it’s yours yet? CLICK HERE for some ideas about creative practicing and developing your own style.

You can use it for inspiration for your private practice, but you CANNOT SHARE IT ONLINE – even if you tag or link me. Not everything I do is part of my courses, and I like to share my process to help folks grow, but copying is only ok if you are using it to grow your own style.
